January 9 & 10, 2027 

This event features prize-winning camellias of all sizes, shapes, and colors. This show is geared toward educating the public about the care, culture, and appreciation of camellias. Camellias will be available for sale while supplies last! Regular admission price for non-members, which includes entry into the gardens and the show. Members who bring their membership card to be scanned have free entry to the show. No solicitors allowed.

The 2026 bamboo sale is now over.

Every winter, Kanapaha holds an Annual Winter Bamboo Sale. In January, Kanapaha issues a descriptive sales/availability listing of bamboos that are being offered during part of January on a dug-to-order basis.

March 21 & 22,  2026

This is Gainesville's premier horticultural event. The Spring Garden Festival features 100 booths offering plants, landscape displays, garden accessories, arts and crafts, educational exhibits and, of course, foods. Also featured are live entertainment on Sunday.  No RV / Buses. Pets are not allowed at these festivals. No solicitors allowed.

Each October, Kanapaha Botanical Gardens holds an Open House & Fall Plant Sale, inviting visitors to see the facility. Sugggested donation $5 for entry. In addition to viewing the botanical gardens, vendors will be set up selling a wide variety of plants.   No RV / Buses. Pets are not allowed at these festivals. No solicitors allowed.
