For matters related to COVID-19 and for the safety of our staff and guests, we are implementing the following changes:
We asks guests to wear masks when inside the entrance building. Masks do not need to be worn outside in the gardens where social distancing can be easily followed.
For Kanapaha members, we ask members to simply hold out their membership card for the greetings desk staff to view the expiration date.
Guests waiting in line to enter the facility are asked to follow social distancing guidelines by maintaining a minimum of 6 feet between individuals. For groups of two or more, we ask that the group remain outside while one individual purchases admission. Our goal is to minimize the number of people interacting with our staff and to keep individuals outside of the main building to the greatest extent possible.
We are encouraging our guests to use credit cards instead of cash. Receipts will be given only upon request.
For our map of the gardens, a QR code will be posted which links to a digital copy. Opportunities to take a photo of our map will also be made available. Paper copies of our map will only be provided upon request.
Our children’s playground and outdoor bathroom facilities will remain closed until further notice.
Guests are asked to exit the entrance building quickly, both on their arrival and exit from the gardens. The building should be considered closed to the public for any purpose other than the use of the bathroom facilities and gardens entry or exit. Furthermore, guests are asked to avoid touching porch railings and other objects unnecessarily.
All upcoming events such as our Guided Tours, etc. are cancelled until further notice.
